Garcelle Beauvais has left the building.
In a sneak peek at the last episode of the fourteenth season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” it appears that the star’s swan song as a diamond-wearer was hinted at, and it seems she didn’t part ways with the show amicably.
As an over-the-moon fan, I couldn’t help but share this thrilling tidbit! A sneak peek of the April 15 episode, graciously shared on Bravo’s Instagram, shows none other than Jennifer Tilly taking the lead in a heartfelt toast as the entire cast raises their glasses at the wrap-up of filming. Even our beloved host, Andy Cohen, couldn’t help but join in the cheer for his fellow ladies!
The actress from Chucky remarks, “Ships come in various types – some are made of gold, others of silver, and still more resemble luxury items like those by Louis Vuitton. However, the finest vessel in the world is undoubtedly friendship.
Garcelle then rolls her eyes before Andy announces, “We’re gonna get a cast photo.”
On the other hand, Garçelle – who revealed recently that she won’t be coming back for season 15 – hasn’t shown readiness towards reconciling with her fellow cast members yet.
“I’m out,” the Coming to America actress declares before storming off set. “I’m not. I’m not.”
And even when a shocked Andy asks, “For real?!” Garcelle replies, “Nope! I’m not doing it.”
The sudden departure of the 58-year-old has left several Housewives astonished, with Dorit Kemsley expressing her disapproval by saying to Garçelle, “That’s quite unbecoming, Garçelle. It’s not right.
Instead of waiting for the show to reveal why Garcelle chose to step down as a Beverly Hills Housewife, she provided a glimpse into her reasoning for not returning earlier last month.
Among the factors influencing my decision to move on, I find myself prioritizing my family commitments more than ever before. My sons are in their final year of high school next year, and I want to be an active participant in this significant milestone. Additionally, my daughter is embarking on a new professional journey, and I aspire to support her every step of the way. Lastly, I’m eagerly working on some thrilling projects that I can’t disclose yet, but you’ll learn about them soon enough.
And the actress hasn’t remained close with her former cast members since her tense walk-out.
Kyle Richards shared with TopMob News last week that he hasn’t received a response from her yet. He sent her two texts but has not gotten any replies so far.
The actress from Halloween Ends commented, “I’m sad she departed, but I hope she thrives. I believe she will continue to excel, so I’m not concerned about her upcoming journey.
Tonight, at 8 p.m., the final episode of season 14 for “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs on Bravo, which is April 15th.
In the meantime, keep reading to see TopMob’s official ranking of every Housewife ever.
Bravo’s unsuccessful endeavor to showcase our country’s capital gathered four women who are easily forgettable, and you might even find yourself wanting to wipe them from your mind, although their names are Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner. Another woman, who was eager for fame, intruded at a White House party. We’ll delve deeper into her story later on.
Who?
Vaguely familiar, but…
Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.
This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.
Utah’s second season Housewife, Jennie, ended her tenure with a controversial exit. In early 2022, Jennie was dismissed following the reemergence of past Facebook posts containing offensive and racially insensitive content online. Later, she expressed regret but the harm had already been inflicted.
Her defining trait was “cougar.”
During season 16, the doctor from Orange County wasn’t a focal point of drama. Her brief marital issues with her husband, who is often seen without a shirt (either Ryne or Ryan), were not particularly captivating. However, we can’t forget about Dr. Jen’s memorable incident at the Dubrows’ dinner party where she got quite tipsy on wine, turning an awkwardly strange event into something entertaining.
As a die-hard fan, I’d have to say that the rocky debut of our beloved nurse anesthetist could be encapsulated by a term that sends shivers down my spine – the dreaded ‘Esophagus-gate’. It’s a chapter we all hope never to relive again.
Katie often enjoyed discussing her charitable endeavors, yet she didn’t appear to be very active on screen. She was more like a one-time appearance, seldom contributing significantly as a friend. Cutting the cast trip short? That would be frowned upon on shows like ‘Housewives’.
During the two seasons she starred as a main Housewife, Charrisse’s marital issues became quite prominent, making them among the most noteworthy aspects of her presence on the show, along with her champagne room.
A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?
In season 12, it was refreshing to observe a hint of diversity among the predominantly white cast of O.C., but Peggy unfortunately became a vexing character. The disputes she opted to instigate were peculiar, frequently revolving around misunderstandings about words, and her choice to seclude herself in her room for an entire day during the Iceland trip underscored that she may not be well-suited for the lifestyle of The Real Housewives.
Rather than developing a connection with Nigerian costar Wendy Osefo during season eight, Nneka’s initial storyline in her debut season was primarily focused on an alleged accusation that her mother was a witch (indeed, a serious claim). It’s a pity we didn’t get to see the two of them bond over their shared culture instead of engaging in heated disputes without resolution.
In season 16, Noella whirled around like a whirlwind of frenetic enthusiasm. Despite her husband, James, abandoning the country and filing for divorce just before filming began, adding an intriguing twist to her story (albeit a personal struggle), it was her ongoing drama with Heather Dubrow that kept her from sinking too low in the rankings. With more time and another season, we might grow fonder of Mrs. Bergener.
In her debut season, she was known as a peacemaker; however, her behavior took an unexpected turn in her final season. Instead of continuing to maintain harmony, she began making continuous complaints about a cake that was tossed and baseless accusations of anti-Semitism, leaving us questioning if we’ve ever witnessed such a swift decline for a housewife on the show.
Everything that Amber and her spouse Jim appeared to engage in had an air of urgency or panic about it. Furthermore, Jim seemed to be deeply entangled in the unfolding events compared to Amber. It certainly didn’t paint a positive image.
What stands out about Karen is mainly her profession as a dentist, and it appears that none of her colleagues held her in high regard. Onto the next!
This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.
Among the more recent “one-season wonders” on RHONY, Jules’ time there wasn’t long enough to earn a top spot. Yet, she certainly provided plenty of dramatic moments during her stay.
So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.
Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina embodied a multi-faceted, accomplished Arab woman who skillfully combined contemporary living with traditional cultural practices from centuries past. For the most part, she managed to steer clear of the drama that unfolded during season one and at times found herself overshadowed by her fellow cast members’ more prominent, boisterous personas.
Taleen significantly enhanced the second season of RHODubai, however, since we’ve only seen one season, it’s challenging to make a comprehensive assessment of her performance.
As a longtime contestant on “America’s Next Top Model,” I took part in seasons 11 and 12, but my impact outside the show, particularly in the realm of Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), was relatively minimal, despite being pregnant for much of my time there. However, I must admit, that scathing read of Marlo Hampton during our Tokyo stint was truly unforgettable.
Normally, we prefer to evaluate a new Housewife after observing multiple seasons to rank them higher. However, Katie made quite an entrance during the 18th season of RHOC, challenging veteran Housewife Heather Dubrow right from the start. It takes a bold woman to question someone as high-class as Ms. Fancypants.
Sara’s upbeat, insightful perspective on life was generally delightful, yet lacked much suspense (except for the occasion when she shared some questionable parenting advice with co-star Caroline Brooks). Nevertheless, this tech entrepreneur broke through conventional notions of what it signifies to be a contemporary Muslim woman in the Middle East, and we commend her for that.
As a dedicated follower, I can attest that the newcomers in RHONJ‘s season 13 perfectly embodied the stereotype of a Garden State Housewife. They rapidly became embroiled in a lengthy, seemingly meaningless feud throughout the season, which even Andy Cohen deemed superfluous during the reunion. Regrettably, these once close friends failed to add much depth during season 14.
In a previous life, I wasn’t too captivated by Larsa during season one and her departure from the series. Fast forward to 2021 when Peacock brought back RHOM for season four, however, it seemed like Larsa was merely re-introduced as the ex-BFF of Kim Kardashian, with a narrative twist involving her OnlyFans endeavors, specifically focusing on selling photos of her feet.
After spending one season as a Bravolebrity, she participated in season 12 of ‘Next Food Network Star’ in 2016. However, her bid wasn’t successful there as well.
Sadly, she became little more than a target for Brandi Glanville’s attacks. Moreover, her catchphrase glorifying the idea that one could never be too thin was distasteful.
