Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make Up Star confirmed season 7 start date

Leomie Anderson is coming back as host for the series, replacing previous presenters like Maya Jama and Stacey Dooley. In this role, she will be guiding our makeup artists through different tasks to find out who has the skills needed to win the title at the end of the series.

Although specifics about the forthcoming series are currently kept secret, it’s clear we’re in store for some thrilling new tests that will highlight the artists’ talents, agility, and quick-thinking abilities.

Previous seasons required competitors to design makeup for Lady Gaga’s line, Haus Labs. Various episodes also involved winning over influential figures, unexpected celebrity visitors, and trips to London’s West End where they crafted dramatic stage-worthy looks.

Previously, it was declared that the upcoming seventh season would be jointly produced by the BBC from the United Kingdom and the LGBTQ+ streaming platform OUTtv.

During the time of renewing its series, Philip Webb, OUTtv’s chief operating officer, expressed that they have long admired “Glow Up.” Co-producing the upcoming season now seems like a logical next step for us, having successfully broadcasted season six worldwide on our platform earlier this year.
