Rachael Kirkconnell is walking one social media user out of the villa.
Approximately three months following her public split with ex-contestant on The Bachelor, Matt James, the recently single reality television personality is refuting rumors she referred to as “untruths” that are circulating online.
On April 15th, a compilation of Bachelor Nation stars attending the 2025 Coachella Music Festival was shared on Instagram, and a participant suggested that Rachael and Harry Jowsey from “Too Hot to Handle” were in a romantic relationship.
The original post stated, “Rachel and Harry Jowsey are in a relationship,” which was later removed. However, I witnessed them passionately kissing at the club where I work in Miami.
Instead, let me rephrase it for you: Despite being mentioned together with Peter Weber, Joey Graziadei, and Kelsey Anderson in that post, the 28-year-old felt it necessary to dispel the rumor and share the facts concerning their relationship.
In her message, Rachel expressed her disbelief by stating, “What an absurd fabrication! I’ve never even kissed that person. It’s astonishing how quickly rumors like these can spread online.
However, she promptly dismissed the romantic speculation about herself and Harry, who was previously associated with Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale. Yet, this isn’t the first time Rachael has clarified things; in fact, she had already explained the breakdown of her relationship with Matt earlier this year to influencer Alex Cooper.
She clarified during an episode of “Call Her Daddy” in January, not long after Matt (age 33) announced their split, that he had expressed concerns about certain aspects of her personality that he felt might be problematic in a wife. Essentially, they found themselves incompatible in some areas.
Rachel mentioned that she discovered about Matt’s split news on Instagram while getting onto a flight, just a few hours following the end of their 4-year relationship. She additionally pointed out his perspective regarding a possible proposal.
She explained, “It was as if he suddenly understood, ‘I ought to be wanting to propose to you by now,’ he said. ‘Given the stage of our relationship, I should be desiring those things and be prepared for it. But I’m not yet. I still don’t feel that we’re ready, or I’m not ready yet. I’m unsure if I ever will propose to you. I can’t picture myself marrying you.’

On his first night at the Bachelor mansion, Grant Ellis may have encountered 25 possible romantic interests, but it was Juliana Pasquarosa who ultimately won his final rose. As they prepare for their upcoming wedding, the soon-to-be bride shared her top priority for the special day.
In her interview with TopMob News in March 2025, she emphasized that regardless of the location or appearance, what truly matters is that it is filled with love and all family members are present. She added that they will enjoy themselves no matter what activities they engage in.

Previously seen on the inaugural season of “The Golden Bachelor” and leaving Gerry Turner’s season prematurely, Joan Vassos went on to become the leading lady of the first season of “The Golden Bachelorette”. It was during this run that she encountered and became engaged to contestant Chock Chapple.
In the November 2024 finale of “The Golden Bachelorette”, Joan expressed, “Our story serves as a testament that there is always hope, regardless of our age.” The proposal took place in the idyllic setting of Bora Bora, where Chock declared his love and proposed, saying, “I’ve waited for this moment in this breathtaking location to tell you that I love you. I want to spend every future morning waking up next to you, and every night kissing you goodnight.

In the season finale of “The Bachelorette” (season 21), it appeared that former contestant Jenn Tran, aged 26, had found her perfect match in Devin Strader. However, during a post-finale interview on “After the Final Rose” in September, Jenn confessed that Devin, also 28, turned cold towards her as soon as the filming ended.
During the September 3rd episode, Jenn explained to host Jesse Palmer that he had once declared his love passionately, but the next day, it seemed as if he felt nothing and flatly denied ever being in love. According to her, all the promises of love he had made to her, and all the affection he had expressed, seemed to have vanished.
The events escalated further as Devin posted a 13-minute video on Instagram, not only admitting fault but also explaining his reasons for terminating the relationship during a 15-minute conversation over the phone.
Instead of claiming Jenn accused him of ending their relationship over the phone in August, he suggested that she had asked him about his issues during the conversation and he wanted to tell her in person, which is why he felt compelled to break up with her face-to-face.
He admitted that he wasn’t sure about any other options, implying that he had been hesitant but felt compelled to act due to her actions.
After that, Jenn gracefully moved towards the stage of “Dancing With the Stars”, and speculations about her romantic feelings for her dance partner Sasha Farber have persisted since their elimination on October 29th.
Status: Split
In November 2022, former contestant Greg Grippo from Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette appeared on the eighth season finale of Bachelor in Paradise alongside Victoria Fuller. During their time there, they disclosed that they were in a relationship. However, in April 2024, he shared that the relationship had ended.
Prior to Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo confirming their relationship during the finale of Bachelor in Paradise’s eighth season, Victoria Fuller had already broken off her engagement with John DePhillipo.

Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist became engaged in November 2023 during the final episode of the first season of “Golden Bachelor,” and they officially married in a live television wedding in January 2024.
However, three months after their nuptials, the couple announced that they were breaking up.
During an interview on Good Morning America alongside Theresa in April 2024, Gerry stated, “Theresa and I have shared many deep discussions about our relationship, examining various aspects including our living arrangements. After careful consideration together, we’ve decided that it seems appropriate for us to end our marriage.
They reached a divorce settlement in June 2024, according to court records reviewed by TopMob News.
By April 2025, Gerry disclosed during the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast that he had found a new partner and things were progressing positively.
Relationship Status: Getting Married
Tennis professional Joey Graziadei has found his ideal partner in project manager Kelsey Anderson. After pursuing 32 potential partners, Joey finally expressed his love to his chosen one during the March 2024 finale. “I can’t wait any longer to tell you that I am deeply in love with you,” he said, before proposing. “There is something unique about you – your energy is infectious and always makes me smile. It’s a sensation I have never felt before.” Pondering their future together, Joey added, “I had imagined having a wonderful life, but I didn’t realize just how enchanting it could be until I met you.
Despite not connecting initially during season nine of “Bachelor in Paradise”, underwater welder John Henry Spurlock and nurse Kat Izzo decided to take a chance and dive headfirst into their relationship. During the show, John confessed his feelings with an Ascher cut Neil Lane diamond, expressing, “I’m going to try something different today. My heart tells me that you are amazing, you are everything I have been searching for.”
However, shortly after the season finale aired, they shared the sad news that their paths were diverging due to conflicting career goals. In a joint Instagram post, they expressed their gratitude for the love and support received from friends, family, and Bachelor Nation, stating, “Although our paths are taking different directions, we are thankful for the time we spent together.” As an ardent fan, I can’t help but feel a pang of disappointment, yet I wish them both the best in their future endeavors.
In the final episode, Eliza Isichei (one of Clayton Echard’s former partners), who was a bit anxious about her upcoming commitment in Paradise, enthusiastically accepted Aaron Bryant’s proposal at an oceanfront location. Moved by Aaron’s thoughtful gesture of asking her mother for her blessing, she expressed, “I had no idea what I was going to say next.”
The show’s conclusion hinted that Eliza and her ex, marketing manager Charity, had experienced some difficulties following their return from Mexico. A few days later, they announced they had decided to call off their engagement.

Status: Broke Up
Despite nurse Kylee Russell’s disappointment over boyfriend Aven Jones’ reluctance to propose – a step he had reportedly been ready to take during his courtship with Bachelorette Rachel Recchia – she eventually agreed to Aven’s proposal from Bachelor in Paradise, stating they should “leave here and make it work.”
This decision meant her chosen engagement dress remained unused. “I simply had to do what I believed was correct,” she explained. “Love involves taking risks.”
Two days after their finale aired in December 2023, she disclosed on her Instagram Stories that their relationship had ended due to multiple instances of infidelity. Aven later apologized to Kylee, acknowledging his mistakes and the pain he caused: “I have made significant errors in our relationship and hurt someone I cared deeply for.
Charity Lawson shared her excitement with TopMob News, hinting at a grand finale in August 2023. In an unexpected turn of events, integrative medicine specialist Dotun Olubeko proposed to her, expressing his belief that their love was “perfect.” He asked, “Would you take this fairytale and make it a reality by marrying me?” Although they are yet to decide on a specific date, the couple mentioned considering a wedding in 2025 or 2026. Before walking down the aisle, Charity will grace the stage of Dancing With the Stars. On The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, Dotun shared his enthusiasm with Charity, saying, “I know you enjoy cutting up and dancing. We’ve talked about how incredible this opportunity would be, and I am thrilled to tell you that you will be on Dancing With the Stars! Let’s do this!

Zach will have his fairytale conclusion. Despite a few hiccups during the Fantasy Suite, Zach Shallcross concluded season 27 in March 2023 with a proposal. “I am so deeply in love with you,” he told travel nurse Kaity Biggar. “You are my world. The love I feel for you is something I could have never imagined.”
In July 2023, the Texas-based couple took another big step in their relationship, with Kaity announcing on Instagram, “Now officially living together.” They’re currently arranging their wedding for October 2025.

Well, it seems Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, who were quite promising after their appearance on different seasons of Bachelor Nation, have parted ways. Despite sharing a strong bond, they announced their separation a year ago following Maltby’s relocation from Nashville to Ohio to be with Allio. However, Allio confirmed the breakup in a podcast episode with Jason Tartick in September 2023. He expressed his feelings, saying, “We both invested a great deal into this relationship, and it’s truly unfortunate when things don’t work out. When you recognize that love is present, but compatibility might be lacking, you grieve not only the loss of that person and friend in your life, but also the future you had imagined together.
Brandon Jones expressed his deep affection for Serene Russell during their proposal on season seven of Paradise, declaring he would love her until the end of time. However, their relationship didn’t last as long as they had hoped. Just five months after their engagement aired, Brandon (a finalist from Michelle Young’s season) and Serene (who had also been involved with Clayton Echard) announced that they had separated. In a joint statement shared on Instagram in May 2023, they explained the difficulties of maintaining their relationship under public scrutiny. “It has been extremely difficult to accept and painful,” they wrote, “and we ask for no hate or negativity as there is still love between us.
Status: Separated
Rachel’s relationship with general contractor Tino Franco hit a roadblock when he was caught kissing another woman during their 2022 season broadcast. On “The Viall Files”, he admitted, “I have absolutely no defense for my actions. It was wrong, unfair to Rachel, and it continues to trouble me every day. I feel ashamed and if given the chance, I would change it a million times over.
The story unfolded as follows: Status: Split.
Indeed, it was quite a tale. Susie Evans, during the 2022 finale, turned down Bachelor Clayton Echard‘s proposals, but later reconnected with him off-camera, only to part ways again six months later.
Yet, Susie, a video producer based in L.A., maintains that the split was necessary. In a November 2022 blog post on “Susie Was Like,” she wrote, “The people close to me could see my sparkle dim and I wasn’t flourishing.” She admitted they had many happy moments, but deep down, she felt unaligned with her best self.
After dating Justin Glaze from Bachelor Nation, Susie later confirmed that they had parted ways in August 2024 as well.
Status: They Broke Up
Teacher Michelle from Minnesota received a Neil Lane sparkler from Texas-based sales executive Nayte Olukoya, along with a $200,000 check for their future home. However, the couple found they didn’t have a strong enough bond, announcing their separation six months after their season finale aired in December 2021.
On The Viall Files, Nayte admitted that there were many highs and lows, frequent arguments, and fights, and that he and Michelle just weren’t seeing eye-to-eye. He also acknowledged that not having the final breakup conversation in person was thoughtless.
Michelle began dating Jack Leius in 2023, and they announced their engagement the following year.
The duo from BIP season seven, Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian, shared a vision of peaceful Sundays with the audience. However, their partnership lasted only a few weeksends. They announced in a joint statement in January 2022 that they were parting ways. Despite not anticipating it, they found themselves at a stage where they needed to focus on personal growth. [Maurissa previously dated Peter Weber and Riley was one of Tayshia Adams’ suitors.]
Status: Split
On the sixth season of “Bachelor in Paradise,” television’s first same-sex couple became engaged, yet they revealed their separation in October 2019, which coincided with Halloween.
In simpler terms, they stated on Instagram that love and concern for each other have always been central to their relationship. Their main focus has been doing what benefits them both. With deep affection for one another, they’ve chosen to step away from the relationship for now. They want what is best for them in the long term, and at this moment, that means growing separately as individuals.
Current Status: Engaged

Before moving, Noah proposed at a beachfront home in San Diego during August 2023. As they prepare for their wedding, they are eager to begin this new chapter filled with love and cherished moments.
In a playful twist of events, Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile, both former reality TV stars, decided to take their vows earlier than planned at City Hall in New York City, about a year after their stint on “Paradise.” This mini-ceremony served as a trial run for their grand wedding set for September 2023. Serena, now co-hosting the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast with her husband, excitedly shared the news in an October 2022 video post, captioned “JUST MARRIED !!” She added, “We are still having a wedding this September, but who wouldn’t want to get married twice?

Before their oceanfront wedding in Puerto Rico in November 2023, they made their love official by getting matching tattoos during a trip to the Bahamas in May 2023.
Status: Married
Previously on Bachelor in Paradise season seven (2021), Becca (formerly of The Bachelorette) and Thomas Jacobs (a suitor from Katie Thurston’s season) developed a relationship. They separated during the show, but reconnected after filming ended. In May 2022, they revealed their engagement, with Becca taking the lead in propossing. Speaking to TopMob News, she expressed hope that others could feel empowered to break traditional rules. Thomas reciprocated this sentiment later in October.
In September 2023, they welcomed their first child, a son named Benson. Becca shared her feelings on Instagram: “Words cannot convey the love and awe we have for this little man.” Just weeks after bringing Benson home, the couple decided to tie the knot in an impromptu ceremony on October 13, 2023.

In the final episode of season 17 of “The Bachelorette” in 2021, Katie became engaged to Blake Moynes. Their affection for each other was first made clear during their overnight date, which included a paintball adventure, a cowboy tub, and a chat beneath the night sky.
Bending down on a knee, Blake expressed to Katie, “You are worth the entire universe, and I am thrilled to stand by your side and assist you daily from now on.
Three months following the broadcast of their proposal, the pair publicly declared their separation. In coordinated statements, they expressed, “We are deeply appreciative for the precious moments we experienced together and the incredible journey that unfolded throughout this past year. However, after much thought, we have determined that we are not ideally suited to be life partners. It is the kindest decision for us both to proceed separately.”
Now, she is betrothed to comedian Jeff Arcuri.
Current Status: Separated
Since Matt and graphic designer Rachael Kirkconnell parted ways during his 2021 season (following a brief separation and subsequent reconciliation), they have faced numerous speculations about their relationship.
“Everyone should take a break from social media,” the ex-Bachelor told TopMob News at a July 18 Baskin-Robbins event. “Our lives are so intertwined with our phones that when anyone spends time away from their phone, it seems like the end of the world.”
However, Matt stated that marriage is still their ultimate goal.
“I think the advantage of our relationship is we move at our own pace,” the author of First Impressions: Off Screen Conversations With a Bachelor on Race, Family, and Forgiveness told TopMob News in May 2022. “And you’ve seen with other couples—they rush into engagement and they’re no longer together. So, I think we have a successful formula and will reach our goal.”
But less than three years later, Matt announced their separation.
“Heavenly Father, give Rachael and me the strength to heal our broken hearts,” the reality star wrote on Instagram Jan. 16, 2025 alongside a nostalgic photo of them from The Bachelor. “Grant us peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends human understanding. Bestow kindness and love upon our friends and family to comfort us. And remind us that our joy comes from you, Lord.”
Status: Split
Following my entry to wrap up Clare Crawley’s 2020 season of The Bachelorette, I, Tayshia, found myself swept off my feet by none other than Zac Clark. Despite our departure from the show as an engaged couple, I must admit that our relationship wasn’t all smooth sailing – there were definitely some bumps along the way.
Being in a new relationship and then absent for a couple of weeks can be challenging, let me put it candidly and truthfully,” she expressed on the ‘The Ben and Ashley I. Almost Famous’ podcast in August 2021.
After that incident, it seemed as though we both needed to recall what brought us together in the first place. Such feelings are perfectly normal, she added. However, it is worth noting that by November 2021, TopMob News reported their separation.
Status: Split
During season 16 of “The Bachelorette,” Clare became deeply smitten by Dale Moss. Intriguingly, they got engaged just four episodes into the series. However, their fairy-tale romance didn’t last as long as expected, for weeks after Clare was replaced by Tayshia, Dale announced on social media that his relationship with the hairdresser had ended.
Approximately a month after their initial split, speculations about reconciliation swirled when they were seen together again. Fast-forwarding to July 2021, following multiple get-togethers, Clare and Dale rekindled their relationship, complete with an engagement ring. However, in September of the same year, they decided to part ways once more. Currently, Clare is blissfully married to Ryan Dawkins and they’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child together.

Following his short-lived engagement with winner Hannah Ann Sluss and subsequent breakup with runner-up Madison Prewett, fans had high hopes for Peter’s third attempt at love. Unfortunately, the long-term relationship between Peter and The Bachelor season 24 favorite Kelley Flanagan didn’t work out as planned. On New Year’s Eve 2020, the pilot announced that their nine-month romance had ended.
Though our bond was rich with numerous cherished moments, sadly, it didn’t last, as we ultimately couldn’t make things work. However, Kelley remains someone whose affection I’ll forever hold dear.
In 2022, I made another attempt at soaring anew, but come May of this year, it became clear that the journey of our love had reached its ultimate end point.
Status: Split
After the emotional 2020 finale, the couple shared on Instagram that they would not continue their relationship. Putting it simply, Peter stated, “Madi and I have mutually decided not to move forward with our romance any longer.” Though this was difficult for both of us to accept, following many open conversations, we concurred that this decision seems best for us individually. The affection and regard I hold for Madi will persist.
In her statement, Madi expressed, “I’ll always have affection and admiration for him. I firmly believe that our lives were destined to intersect, and we’ve both grown for the better due to it.
Status: Split
During season 24 of The Bachelor, Peter and Hannah Ann had a brief engagement. Regrettably, just a month into their exclusive relationship, issues surfaced during the finale’s second part. More specifically, Hannah Ann was taken aback by Peter’s ongoing affections for Madison, which caused tension in their relationship.
She said, “All along, I merely wished for someone who would fully reciprocate my feelings as I do theirs. And yet, you ended our first engagement,” she lamented, returning the ring. “You took that from me. After all, I put my trust in you, and that’s what I’ve always been asking – to be patient with me, and have faith in me.
