Since Ninjago: Dragons Rising season 2 premiered in 2024, devoted fans have eagerly anticipated the release of season 3’s part 1, and now, after much anticipation, it’s here!
From a movie-loving perspective, I’d rephrase it like this: “Right where we left off at the end of season 2, I find myself eagerly diving into the next installment, following our ninja protagonist as they embark on a crucial quest to locate their lost comrade, Arin.
However, meanwhile the Forbidden Five intensify their search for the legendary Prismatic Weapons.
Will the ninja be able to reunite their team and stop the villains before it’s too late?
Previously, a sneak peek of Season 3 (give it a watch) has been unveiled, hinting at the ninja’s quest to find Arin while featuring intense skirmishes and exhilarating confrontations.
But when can fans expect the second part of season 3 to land? Here’s everything we know so far.

As with season 2, the third season of the show is expected to consist of 20 episodes.

Ninjago: Dragons Rising season 3 release schedule – When will episode 11 come out?
Season 3 premiered worldwide on Netflix on Thursday 17th April 2025 with part 1.
As a cinephile eagerly awaiting more, I must admit that there’s no concrete release date yet for Season 3 Part 2. However, given the rhythm of its predecessor, Season 2, we might be able to make an educated guess about when it could hit our screens.
In April, the first half of Season 2 debuted on Netflix, with the second half arriving in October. If the release structure continues for Season 3, we might see Part 2 released by late 2025 on the streaming platform.
