Despite finalizing their divorce in January, Ben Affleck continues to maintain a relationship with Jennifer Lopez’s kids. During the premiere of his latest movie, the thriller ” “, Affleck shared that both Lopez’s children and his own accompanied him on the red carpet for the film’s debut.
At the red carpet event for The Accountant 2, Affleck expressed his affection for Lopez’s children, stating that he disregards any rumors circulating on social media. He enthusiastically declared, “This is a fantastic evening! Jen’s kids are present. I’m incredibly excited about the premiere of The Accountant 2, which features Jon Bernthal, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, and others.
“They Want to Find Something Negative”
Affleck went on to say, “My children and Jennifer Lopez’s kids are here. I’m really thrilled. I’m proud of the film. I adore the movie. It’s a blast when all the kids appear, it’s truly enjoyable. It’s exhilarating.” He also mentioned about having Lopez’s children on the red carpet, ” frankly, I don’t pay much attention to online articles and sometimes it seems like people are trying to find something negative to discuss.
In my perspective, Jennifer Lopez is nothing short of spectacular. She’s a fantastic influence on my children, and I hold her in high regard. Her kids are simply outstanding individuals. They carry immense importance in my life – she’s a person of great integrity, someone I deeply admire and am grateful for. Having them around me is truly a blessing. To be honest, the bond we share with her children is one of the greatest joys of my life. I’m overjoyed that this is the movie they chose to attend, as it adds another precious memory to our shared experiences.

The Accountant 2 Opens on April 25
In this movie, Affleck returns to play Christian Wolff, a man with autism who launders money for notorious criminals worldwide. Once again, Jon Bernthal portrays Braxton, and they join forces to tackle a murder case. Cynthia Addai- Robinson plays Marybeth Medina, a U.S. Treasury Agent summoned to investigate the death of Ray King (J.K. Simmons). When Wolff seeks help from his estranged brother Braxton, their efforts to solve the mystery soon draw the ire of killers determined to halt the investigation permanently.
To date, The Accountant 2 has garnered an impressive 84% rating on Rotten Tomatoes from 37 critic reviews. This is significantly higher than the original film’s 53% score among critics. Ben Affleck’s Artists Equity is one of the production companies behind The Accountant 2, along with Bill Dubuque who also returns as the screenwriter for the sequel.
The Accountant 2 hits theaters nationwide on April 25.
