It was a hilariously triggering conversation for the Creed actor, who took the opportunity to tell everybody he wasn’t invited into the group chat in the first place. He said:

I wasn’t invited into the group chat. How about that? Want to talk about it?

Honestly, this sassy and silly response is valid!

Hailee Steinfeld attempted to prevent him from becoming too flippant, hinting at a more complex situation behind why he hadn’t been added to the text group. Actress Wunmi Mosaku also shared her own experience of being left out of the chat due to having a Samsung phone, suggesting that Jordan wasn’t the only one in this predicament.

It’s possible that Jordan owned a Samsung phone as well, which might have been the reason for his exclusion. Alternatively, it could be that the rest of the cast assumed he would not participate in the group text due to his busy schedule as the lead actor in the film, and thus had many acting obligations that may have prevented him from wanting to be distracted.

It appears that the entire situation was playful, as Jordan didn’t seem genuinely upset over being left out. The consistent laughter among them suggests a jest, and the overall atmosphere in the room remained light even after he pointed out his co-stars. This implies that there might have been a valid explanation for his omission from whatever they were doing.

It appears he truly gets along well with his fellow actors, particularly Hailee Steinfeld, as they’ve been seen together in numerous interviews.
