Yet again, we’re rounding up all of the big new PS5 and PS4 games coming out this week.
This week promises to be quite engaging as it features two highly anticipated titles – Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and the remastered version of Days Gone – that are vying for your gaming time. Additionally, don’t forget to check out Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, another exciting option.
Here are all the new PS5 and PS4 games coming out.
New PS5, PS4 Games This Week (21st-27th April)
- Steel Seed (22nd April – PS5): “Steel Seed — a gripping action-adventure game from the visionary team behind the critically acclaimed Close to the Sun, set in a dark sci-fi world where humanity stands on the brink of extinction. Join protagonist Zoe and her flying drone companion, KOBY, as they investigate the depths of a hostile underground facility in search of answers and the key to the survival of mankind.”
- Hegzis (23rd April – PS5, PS4): “Put your brain to the test across dozens of unique challenges in Hegzis, a chill hex-grid puzzle game presented in colorful 2D style! Select a stage from Serene Beach, Whispering Forest and more, then progress through multiple levels in each world, placing pieces of connected hexes to form lines in any direction.”
- Once Upon a Puppet (23rd April – PS5): “Welcome to Once Upon a Puppet, a 2.5D puzzle-platformer that unfolds within a vibrant world of theater. Take part in a magical tale that combines classic platforming with puppet-inspired gameplay, in a captivating story of friendship, self-discovery, and redemption.”
- Sunderfolk (23rd April – PS5): “Sunderfolk™ is a new turn-based tactical RPG adventure where you use your mobile device as your controller*. Inspired by gathering around a tabletop RPG table with friends, it is built with the couch co-op experience in mind. Up to four players can play together as you adventure through the magical and dangerous Sunderlands.”
- Amerzone: The Explorer’s Legacy (24th April – PS5): “As a young journalist, you’ve been entrusted with a crucial mission: to cross the globe and reach the heart of a mysterious, faraway land…”
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (24th April – PS5): “Once a year, the Paintress wakes and paints upon her monolith. Paints her cursed number. And everyone of that age turns to smoke and fades away. Year by year, that number ticks down and more of us are erased. Tomorrow she’ll wake and paint “33.” And tomorrow we depart on our final mission – Destroy the Paintress, so she can never paint death again.”
- Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves (24th April – PS5, PS4): “SNK’s beloved Fatal Fury series first hit the market in 1991, spearheading the fighting game boom of the 1990s that swept the industry thereafter. GAROU: MARK OF THE WOLVES (released in 1999) has, for some time, served as the franchise’s most recent installment. But that is all about to change: 26 years on, a brand-new entry—FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves—is set to arrive on the scene!”
- Logiart Grimoire (24th April – PS4): “Logiart Grimoire is a puzzle game that combines the number puzzle “Logiart” and the word puzzle “Fusion” in which you deduce combinations from clues.”
- NanoApostle (24th April – PS5, PS4): “Deep within the bowels of a shadowy research facility, Anita, a girl birthed from experimental procedures, is implanted with the sentient nanomechanical entity known as ‘Apostle’. Working together with her nanite allies Anita must defeat a series of dangerous prototype bio-weapons as she searches for a way to break free from her nightmarish prison.”

- Days Gone Remastered (25th April – PS5): “Ride into a desperate, dog-eat-dog world in the definitive Days Gone experience, remastered for the PlayStation®5 console.”
- EcoGnomix (25th April – PS5, PS4): “A quirky combination of roguelite and city builder mixed into one! Sitting atop a vast network of mystical caves is your little gnome village. - Two Strikes (25th April – PS5, PS4): “Dive into Two Strikes, a casual 2D fighting saga adorned with mesmerizing hand-drawn animations, whisking you away to a fierce epoch in Japan, where every stroke of the blade could spell doom or glory.”
