In a video taken from the same balcony at sunset, the actress from “The Royals” posted a tag for Billy Ray Cyrus, capturing him navigating his all-terrain vehicle over the lawn with an unfurling American flag in the background.
In a recent Instagram post, Elizabeth, who teamed up with Billy Ray in the 2022 comedy “Christmas in Paradise,” added a red heart as a caption to a behind-the-scenes photo.
