This family bond is truly bella.
Bella Hadid couldn’t contain her excitement as she praised sister Gigi Hadid and 4-year-old niece Khai on social media, especially on April 23, which was the host of “Next in Fashion”‘s 30th birthday. She shared heartwarming pictures of the trio from different years.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, the individual expressed, “You are incredibly witty, stylish, entertaining, imaginative, talented, loving, and considerate. Being your little sister, I am fortunate to witness you excel as the best, most fun, fearless mom to our Khaiba, which is the greatest blessing for me.
Speaking about Khai, who she shares with her ex-partner Zayn Malik, Bella referred to her older sibling as “my newest dearest friend.” She went on to express, “You possess a heart of gold, always considerate of others while remaining true to yourself. You have shown me countless lessons about embracing my individuality in a world where so many try to define us. This unique gift you’ve given me is something I deeply appreciate more than anything.
A past photograph features Bella embracing a visibly pregnant Gigi, and both of them are joined by their family matriarch Yolanda Hadid as they enjoy a day at the beach in another image.
In the third picture, Bella and Gigi cuddled up with Khai, but his little face was hidden behind an angel emoji.
Indeed, they have a specific motive behind this. As Gigi mentioned last year, they prefer not to accidentally reveal Khai’s image on social platforms, as they have no plans to do so deliberately.
It was our hope that when she grows up, she could decide for herself how much to reveal about herself to the world, and have as typical a childhood as possible, free from concerns about an unwanted public persona she didn’t choose.
After that point, Gigi has consistently shared photos of Khai, either with her daughter’s face averted from the camera or concealed behind an object. This decision has garnered praise from many fans, as one fan expressed under one of Gigi’s Instagram posts recently: “Despite not showing her face, we can sense how cherished and unique Khai is.
Touched by the sentiment, Gigi replied, “This means a lot.”
