Despite numerous fresh game launches in April, players remain engrossed in the engaging drug-dealing simulator, Schedule I. Developer TVGS, or Tyler as he’s also known, isn’t easing up on delivering updates either. The game’s continuous stream of new content is a significant reason for its ongoing appeal to players, and Tyler has hinted at upcoming enhancements. While the game received a minor update on April 19th, it hasn’t seen a substantial content addition since the Pawn Shop feature on April 10th. It’s evident that more new elements are needed.
On social media platform X, @Tyler_TVGS gave a sneak peek at some upcoming features in the next update without specifying an exact date. However, Tyler hinted that the next update is nearly prepared for open beta testing. This implies that players who opt for the beta version, understanding they might encounter bugs and issues, can get early access to the new content before its official launch.

With the previous update, which encountered unexpected delays because of persistent problems flagged by our beta testers, experiencing the new features can occasionally feel like a roller coaster ride. However, for dedicated enthusiasts eagerly waiting to get their hands on that flashy jukebox right away, it could very well be a thrilling adventure.
What’s Coming in the Next Schedule I Update?
The last update for Schedule I primarily involved minor adjustments, enhancements, and bug resolutions. But judging by Tyler’s post, this upcoming patch seems to bring fresh content. From the visuals shared, it appears that players will encounter a novel “Stash & Dash” construction in the new version, along with a secret storage area for concealing valuable items. Given the frequent use of storage units in shows featuring illegal activities such as Breaking Bad, this game reference is intriguing.
Additionally, there’s the jukebox, a feature that evokes varied reactions among players. Some anticipate this could provide them with greater control over the game’s ambient soundtrack, while others express preference for improved bug fixes and system optimization over the introduction of a jukebox.
Even though what’s been shown so far is the extent of the updates in the current Schedule I , it doesn’t rule out the possibility of new items, features, or additional content being added later on. Many players are eagerly anticipating this, as they are excited about the storage units but yearn for even more fresh content to maintain their interest. Furthermore, there are lingering bugs and glitches that need fixing, and a significant number of players are hoping for a console port to enhance their gaming experience.
Previously, Tyler needed to address concerns about Schedule I on gaming consoles, as fake versions were tricking players. At present, no specific release date has been shared, but the creators are optimistic that they’ll bring Schedule I to consoles in the future. Those excitedly anticipating the game’s console debut will have to hold their horses for a while longer than this upcoming update, but there’s still reason to be hopeful.
