Inuyasha Free 24/7 Marathon on Pluto TV: Unleash Your Inner Demon!

One of the all-time favorite anime series, “Inuyasha,” will soon be more accessible than ever before. Not only that, but you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a continuous “Inuyasha” marathon at no cost, as a result of changes being made to Pluto TV this coming May. Pluto TV is embarking on a new endeavor to broaden its scope and provide more anime choices, which includes numerous marathons available on their streaming platform. For instance, an anime movie marathon from the 80s-90s era is planned for May 30th. This emphasis on anime is part of an event that Pluto TV has fittingly named “Ani-May.

While not all anime arriving on Pluto TV will receive a continuous 24/7 free broadcast like Inuyasha, there is a compelling explanation for this choice. The extensive number of episodes means you’ll have multiple days worth of content playing the show from beginning to end, and remarkably, this year marks the 25th anniversary of the Inuyasha anime’s debut in Japan on October 16, 2000. U.S. viewers didn’t see the first episode until two years later, as it premiered on Adult Swim on August 31, 2002.

It was important for me to mark the 25-year anniversary of Inuyasha in some way, and here’s how I did it: The Inuyasha channel is now available 24/7 on Pluto TV and can be streamed for free!

Inuyasha Is an Adventure for New and Old Anime Fans

In recent times, the subgenre known as isekai has gained significant popularity, and “Inuyasha” is one of the most timeless isekai anime out there. This is due to the fact that its main character, Kagome, is the reincarnation of Kikyo, whom she encounters multiple times throughout the series. If you’re not particularly interested in isekai anime, “Inuyasha” still offers a variety of elements that might appeal to you, contributing to its widespread popularity—it manages to captivate a broad audience.

Beyond the “isekai” premise for Kagome, you’ll find a mix of fantasy, adventure, humor, and drama. In this world where demons truly exist, people living during the feudal period must confront the devastation caused by these beings, as their power intensifies with fragments of the Jewel of Four Souls. With Kagome having the knack for sensing Jewel shards and Inuyasha possessing the might to gather them, this pair embarks on a journey, initially forming an unwilling alliance, aiming to recover all the Jewel shards and restore it to its original state. However, it’s only fitting that they are responsible for the Jewel’s initial fragmentation, so it’s just as well that they have to mend it.

If you haven’t watched the entire series of Inuyasha yet, or if you’ve only seen parts of it, now is an excellent opportunity to catch up! A free, round-the-clock channel is currently airing a continuous Inuyasha marathon, allowing you to revisit the exciting escapades of Kagome, Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo repeatedly. The series strikes a great balance between serious moments and humorous ones, making it an enjoyable watch.

Pluto TV’s exploration of anime wouldn’t be thorough without the inclusion of “Inuyasha.” Launching a channel exclusively for this show on its 25th anniversary is an excellent move as it allows past viewers to revisit their favorite series and introduces new ones to watch it for the first time. The convenience of finding the entire series in one place, without additional subscription fees, adds to the appeal. With Pluto TV focusing more on a comprehensive anime collection, we’re eager to see what other exciting additions they might introduce next.
