On the brink of Mother’s Day, I, as an overly enthusiastic fan, couldn’t help but revel in the joy when Travis and Jason extended an invitation to their mom on their podcast. Unsurprisingly, she seized this moment to mortify them by dredging up their college dating history, all while gracefully responding to a question about romantic encounters during their university years.
During the May 7th episode of ‘New Heights’, Donna remarked, ‘Jason, it’s not that I saw many women coming to your place, but I didn’t know any of them. The only ones I met with Trav were one or two. I was completely oblivious about everyone you dated in college. You never shared anything about it with me.’
And as her sons laughed in embarrassment, Donna quickly corrected herself.
“You were too busy,” she told her sons. “Did you have any time at all to date? I don’t know.”
In contrast, while Travis appeared to concur with his mom, Jason (who is now dad to Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and newborn Finnley, along with wife Kylie Kelce) openly confessed that his busy football schedule was not the reason for his stance.
He confessed that he had ample time, but lacked charm and resembled a portly Oompa Loompa, which is likely the reason he hadn’t found a girlfriend. He simply struggled with engaging women.
However, as Jason has made Donna a grandmother four times, she observed, “It seems you’ve changed, which is for the better.

Meanwhile, Travis has faced some criticism about dating from his sister-in-law as well. Interestingly enough, only a few weeks before the Kansas City Chiefs player publicly started dating Taylor Swift in September 2023, Kylie playfully hinted that she wouldn’t introduce him to any of her friends.
