Demon Slayer Staff Issue Piracy Warning After Leaked Exclusive Anime Trailer
The statement indicates that the unique trailer for the Mugen Castle Arc, shown only at the end of the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train re-release, has been unlawfully filmed and shared online. Additionally, the notice subtly advises against recording inside movie theaters, as it is a punishable offense under Japanese law regarding the prevention of unauthorized film recording. Sharing such material on sites like Twitter (now X), YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook infringes upon copyright and could result in penalties such as imprisonment for up to 10 years, fines of up to 10 million yen, or both.
