The movie under discussion is titled “The Brutalist“, a historical epic directed by Brady Corbet, which won Adrien Brody his second Academy Award. This extended and captivating drama hails from A24, the well-liked independent film studio that has an ongoing streaming agreement with HBO Max.
A24’s movies are now streaming first on HBO Max following their theatrical release. This arrangement has resulted in the addition of films such as “Babygirl,” “Queer,” and “Y2K” to HBO Max’s collection in recent times. Notably, “The Brutalist” was recently added to HBO Max and has quickly become a popular choice among viewers on the service.
On Sunday, HBO Max’s weekly movie ranking placed The Brutalist at the top of their entire library, demonstrating the massive anticipation that has built around this film since its premiere. Despite its lengthy 3.5-hour runtime, viewers have been eager to watch it without a second thought.
