Actors from the recently aired episode of The Last of Us on HBO have been confirmed to appear in Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, another upcoming game by Naughty Dog for the PS5.

The second-to-last episode of the series titled Scars delves into flashbacks spanning the years between two main events, and within the initial scenes, we encounter Joel’s father, portrayed by Tony Dalton. In a conversation with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Neil Druckmann revealed that he was captivated by Dalton’s acting in this episode to the extent of extending an invitation for him to join the cast of Intergalactic.
Druckmann said, “It popped right into my head, so I went ahead and suggested it to him then and there.” Later, it was announced that Dalton will be working alongside Tati Gabrielle on the project, as she had previously portrayed Nora in the preceding episode of the television series.
Over the course of his career, Tony Dalton has made appearances on numerous television shows, including Better Call Saul, Hawkeye, and Daredevil: Born Again. However, the character he will portray in Intergalactic remains a mystery for now. Although it may still be a few years before its release, Naughty Dog is currently playing with the game internally, and it’s rumored to be absolutely amazing.
