Fortunately, it appears that the legendary animation brand is on an upward trajectory once more. The much-anticipated film “Coyote Vs. Acme” is now slated for a cinema premiere, and a fresh big-screen escapade starring Porky and Daffy is ready to debut on streaming platforms.

This spring, “The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie” debuted in cinemas, becoming the inaugural fully-animated Looney Tunes film to grace the big screen. In a few short weeks, this movie will make its streaming premiere, available exclusively on HBO Max.

It was revealed on Monday that “The Day the Earth Blew Up” will start streaming on June 27th, only on Max. Although enthusiasts are undoubtedly thrilled to watch the critically-acclaimed new Looney Tunes film online, the release date might be a tad inconvenient, given it follows closely after Max has significantly reduced its Looney Tunes library.

For those unacquainted, “The Day the Earth Blew Up” revolves around only two famous Looney Tunes characters, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig, as they strive to rescue the world from a nefarious alien mind-control plot, acting as their adopted brothers.
