Amazon’s Prime Video and Jesy Nelson have revealed plans for a six-episode documentary series, chronicling her transition into parenthood while she contemplates the new phase of life that lies ahead following her departure from Little Mix.

Jesy Nelson’s show, “Life After Little Mix,” will chronicle the journey of the 33-year-old as she navigates her challenging pregnancy and delivery of her twins, Ocean and Story, alongside partner Zion.

Five years after leaving Little Mix, Nelson will likewise discuss her reasons for departing, the challenges of stardom, and her struggles with mental wellbeing.

The UK-produced series by Navybee, titled “UK Acquisition,” will soon be streamable worldwide on Amazon Prime. This series continues the narrative started in Jesy Nelson’s 2019 BBC One documentary, “Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.” In this documentary, she shared her experiences with cyberbullying, detailing its effects on her life and her journey towards healing.

Nelson expressed her joy and honor as she unveiled the upcoming series, signifying a farewell to the past and embarking on a fresh, new phase of life.

In my own perspective, allowing the cameras inside wasn’t a simple choice we made, given how intensely private this period is for us. Yet, I felt compelled to share my journey using my own voice and words.

As I eagerly prepare to embark on this incredible journey of motherhood for the first time, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of excitement as I ready the doors to welcome you all into this new chapter of my life. My twin daughters, Ocean and Story, are already such a beautiful part of my world, and I can’t wait to share their journey with each one of you.

To put it straight, this pregnancy has been quite challenging due to its higher risks. So, you’ll witness both the ups and downs, as well as the emotional turbulence we’ve experienced throughout.

Ever since I crossed paths with Jesy, she’s warmly invited me into her realm, sharing her truth and emotions so genuinely and sincerely.

Allowing the cameras access during such a sensitive and transformative period wasn’t an easy choice, but she opted to share her story in the most courageous and captivating manner possible. With her remarkable partner Zion by her side, we’ve documented each raw emotion, every up and down, and the intensely personal moments that have molded this new phase of her life.

This experience transcends a simple pathway to motherhood; it represents a profound, heartfelt advancement, offering Jesy the opportunity to openly narrate her experiences. Being invited to join her on this voyage feels incredibly unique and we are deeply honored to be included.
