As a follower, I’m sharing some intriguing news about one of the initial Ant-Man stars. They’ve been hinting about potential plans to rejoin the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With The Multiverse Saga in full swing, Marvel Studios has been introducing a host of fresh heroes and villains, while also delving deeper into the backstories of those who haven’t had as much limelight so far. Yet, it seems that one of the founding superheroes in this franchise might be wrapping up their adventures within the Avengers-centric universe.
In a recent chat with Deadline, Michael Douglas, who’s been part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the initial Ant-Man movie as Dr. Hank Pym, was inquired if there was any possibility of him participating in another Marvel Studios film. Yet, it appears that Douglas has bid farewell to the MCU, as he expressed the following sentiment:
I had the opportunity, and it was quite thrilling! That was my first green screen experience. I decided to take part in The Kominsky Method because I wanted to collaborate with Chuck Lorre and explore comedy. But right now, I’m cherishing this break and enjoying my personal time. Juggling the responsibilities of running a production company alongside acting proved to be quite challenging.
