Game developers Far Out Games and Konami have made an announcement: Their action-delivery title, “Deliver At All Costs,” is now available to play on PC (through Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG), as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game’s release coincides with the debut of a launch trailer showcasing its chaotic gameplay. Take a look at it here below.
The game titled “Deliver At All Costs” is set in 1959, where players assume the character of Winston Green. Initially, his tasks involve routine deliveries to earn a living, but soon enough, these assignments start to get increasingly peculiar.
In terms of gameplay, “Deliver At All Costs” adopts an isometric viewpoint, keeping the camera elevated above ground level so that players can witness the mass chaos and disorder they inflict during gameplay. The game features extensive destruction of the environment, with players urged to demolish buildings and competing vehicles as part of their delivery missions.
As a gamer, I’m always excited about titles that let me gradually unlock vehicle enhancements. These improvements span across various aspects, such as boosting my ride’s speed and handling, or adding fun extras like spiked armor to give me an edge against pesky delivery competitors.
Making ‘Deliver At All Costs’ has been particularly fulfilling for us because we’ve had the chance to create this entire universe from scratch,” the studio shared prior to its launch. “We’ve put our heart and soul into developing a place brimming with significance. From secret interactions in narrow lanes to tales subtly woven into the surroundings, our goal was to make this game feel vibrant and alive. Witnessing it grow from a simple concept into an immersive experience has been truly enchanting.
In their announcement commemorating the game’s debut, Far Out Games has indicated that they will create additional content for the game through DLC, and hinted at the possibility of a follow-up sequel based on the game’s success. However, they have not made a definitive statement about it yet. What they have confirmed is that this marks the start of an exciting journey; their ideas are plentiful, their enthusiasm for the project remains high, and they’re ready to tackle whatever comes next.
Back in March, a studio shared a trailer that offered a glimpse into the gameplay. Besides the usual aspects, the trailer displayed some exclusive missions, such as one where it appeared the player would manage a delivery using a scaled-down version of their vehicle as the main transport.
First unveiled in September 2024, the game Deliver At All Costs is characterized by its developers as a semi-open world title. This implies that while players will be able to explore certain areas of the world, they may need to advance through the game to access additional parts of it. The game will also feature NPC characters who might require interaction from the player, each reacting differently to the chaos and destruction caused by the player’s actions.
