Recently, Sony together with Bend Studio have unveiled an updated version for Days Gone Remastered on PlayStation 5 – the highly acclaimed open-world action game that many fans adore.
Upgrading the game to v1.025.809, this update introduces additional enhancements aimed at enhancing the general user experience. Notably, there are specific adjustments tailored for PS5 Pro gamers too.
The latest update brings the game version to 1.025.809 and makes things even better by improving overall performance, with some special tweaks for PS5 Pro users as well.
The settings for a balanced mode have been fine-tuned to enhance its functionality, and PSSR has undergone an update, resulting in better technology experience while gaming on Sony’s most recent console.
Several improvements have been made to address crashes, while adjustments to the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback on the DualSense controller are designed for a smoother gaming experience with the remastered version.

GRAPHICS
- Adjusted Balanced mode on PS5 and PS5 Pro to better reflect intended performance.
- General improvements to PSSR on PS5 Pro.
PERFORMANCE
- Crash fixes.
AUDIO
- Adjusted audio to better reflect the volume of Freakers when near the player.
CONTROLLER
- Adaptive Trigger intensity sliders in the menu are now working as intended.
- Strength of resistance while riding the bike has been reduced.
- Dev note: We cut the intensity in half for a more comfortable ride across the Broken Road.
OTHER
- Localization updates.
- UI improvements in Horde Assault.
- Fixed repeating narration with UI Narration accessibility setting.
- Fixed variation of Freakers spawning in open world.
- Fixed an animation conflict that could cause Deacon to launch into the air for long distances.
