As we approach the midway point of 2025 in June, it’s worth reflecting on the movies that have graced the big screen thus far. 28 Years Later serves as the third film in the 28 Days Later series, following 2007’s 28 Weeks Later. This film features actors such as Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, Jack O’Connell, Erin Kellyman, Edvin Ryding, and Emma Laird. Interestingly, it was filmed simultaneously with its sequel, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, directed by Nia DaCosta. The release of this film is planned for January 2026.
