In its fifth season, “The Boys” is wrapping up, but prior to that, we’ll revisit Godolkin University to catch up on the lives of young superheroes in Season 2. Based on a recently released teaser, it seems we’re in for another round of intense and bloody chaos.

Initially in March, creator Eric Kripke shared that the final edits were being made to the first trailer, and fans eagerly anticipated its release. However, during Netflix’s TUDUM event, Amazon Prime Video opted to unveil the new trailer unexpectedly. You can watch it for yourself below.

‘Gen V’ Became a Worthy Spin-Off From ‘The Boys’

The show titled “The Boys” turned out to be a massive success on Amazon Prime Video, providing a modern take on superhero series that included intense levels of violence and mature content beyond what’s typically found in comic book adaptations. Given its status as a spin-off of “The Boys,” the series “Gen V” faced significant expectations, yet it handled them admirably without any apparent strain.

In “Gen V,” Jaz Sinclair portrays Marie Moreau, Chance Perdomo plays Andre Anderson, and Lizze Broadway takes on the role of Emma Meyer/ Little Cricket. This series focuses on the superhero students at Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, a place where ordinary university life is anything but normal. Similar to “The Boys,” events in this show can be just as unpredictable and action-packed. With plans for the series to extend beyond “The Boys,” it seems we’ll be spending more time with the students of Godolkin in the future.
