It’s been confirmed that Haley Joel Osment will be part of the cast, taking on the role of Kansas City Scalper – a character named Chet, who is struggling financially as a pet groomer but also happens to be a serial killer. As the second season commences, we find Wednesday trapped in his basement.

According to co-creator and showrunner Alfred Gough, the character Chet had an excessive fascination with hair. He is a former student of beauty school who later transformed into a serial killer.
