As per this source, a remake of Resident Evil 0 is expected to be released after the Resident Evil 4 Remake, potentially in the year 2027. This will be followed by another remake of Resident Evil – Code: Veronica in 2028.
If you’re new to the series, Resident Evil 0 was launched in 2002 as a precursor to the original Resident Evil game. Originally planned for the N64, it eventually became exclusive to the GameCube when it was released. Critics gave it an 83 on Metacritic upon its release.
Speaking of “Resident Evil – Code: Veronica”, this game is the fourth title in the series and takes place immediately following the events of “Resident Evil 2” and “Resident Evil 3”. It initially debuted on Sega’s Dreamcast console back in 2000. Upon its release, it received a Metacritic score of 94.
