Tango Gameworks office reopens, now recruiting staff for unannounced action game

Today marked the reopening of Tango Gameworks‘ offices, which were previously acquired by KRAFTON in August 2024. They’ve now started recruiting for various roles as they begin preliminary work on a new, as-yet unnamed action game.

After a period of preparation, Tango Gameworks, Inc.’s official office has officially reopened. Our hybrid work setup now has its physical counterpart in the office! In today’s announcement, they shared that this process requires patience, but their Tokyo-based studio is now open again. They are eagerly filling the space with mementos from their past projects and are busy decorating it according to their refreshed brand identity.

Tango Gameworks is currently seeking candidates for a wide range of positions in nearly every department. Open roles include senior application programmers, senior graphics programmers, senior system programmers, user interface programmers, senior level designers, senior animators, cutscene managers, senior video effects technical artists, senior character artists, facilities managers, and IT support personnel. The job requirements hint that the upcoming action game will leverage Unreal Engine and is planned for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms.
