During the debut of TopMob’s “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour,” a former cast member from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” openly criticizes her separated husband, sharing a common ground with Kristin Cavallari as they both discuss their high-profile divorces.

At the live broadcast of Kristin’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast in Atlanta, Laguna Beach offered words of comfort to the ex-Bravolebrity during a June 4 sneak peek, saying, “It’s tough, but you will persevere through this.

Kim replies, “It’s a lot, thank you.”

Kristin, who concluded her two-year divorce from Jay Cutler in 2022, expresses empathy towards Kim and Kroy’s prolonged legal dispute, saying, “It’s truly unfortunate. And while I try to avoid using the term casually, there seems to be a recurring pattern among the women in my life that leaves us all thinking, ‘Can you believe this?’

In a clip from an old podcast episode, Kristin recalls that the dissolution of her marriage with Jay gave her a fresh perspective on him.

In his words at age 38, he reflects, “Being with someone makes it seem as if you truly understand them.” Yet, after a separation, they may reveal an unexpectedly cruel side. Goodness gracious, I wonder how one person could behave so abhorrently?

In the continuation of the show, Kim confronts a particular untrue statement that Kroy had made concerning her, during their legal disputes. For Kim Zolciak, the ring held no significance anymore when she initiated her divorce proceedings against Kroy Biermann, after being married for 11 years, on May 8.

Based on records acquired by TMZ, it appears that the couple marked their separation as occurring on April 30. The former star of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ stated that their union is beyond repair and there is no possibility of reunion.

Kim, who has four children with the ex-NFL player – Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and the twin siblings Kane and Kaia, 9 – as well as older daughters Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21, is seeking primary physical custody of the children while sharing joint legal custody, according to the court documents.

After Kim filed for something, Kroy put forth his own custody proposal by also asking for sole legal and physical custody of their four kids, following up on her filing.

According to legally acquired documents by TopMob News, Kim was issued a summons directing both her and Kroy to fill out a domestic assessment form, which tracks the welfare of their children for a period of 30 days.

During their time living together in their Georgia residence, they announced their divorce. In his filing, Kroy requested to be granted exclusive, temporary, and permanent access and ownership of the property, as well as any other properties he bought during their marriage.

On May 16th, the star of “Don’t Be Tardy” submitted a request in court for her former partner to undergo a drug test. According to reports from TopMob News, Kim claimed she has witnessed Kroy using marijuana and expressed deep worry about their children’s safety and health. In the documents, she asked for a five-panel hair follicle drug screening to help the court decide on child custody arrangements. Additionally, she urged Kroy not to cut his hair before the test.

I’ve extended a query to Kroy, but I haven’t received a response thus far. I’ve also attempted to get in touch with his legal representative through TopMob News, however, I’m still waiting for a reply.

 

On the very same day that she submitted her petition, Kim posted a mysterious comment about romantic connections on social networking sites.

Contrary to what was stated in the divorce petition, I, personally, have continued our marital intimacy on various occasions following the filing of the petition. Notably, our last shared moment was approximately September 7, 2023.

Even though they’ve been apart for a while, Kim and Kroy came back together to mark their 12th wedding anniversary on November 11, enjoying a cozy Italian meal as part of the celebration.
