IO Interactive has revealed that “Project 007” will now be called “007 First Light”. They also confirmed a reveal coming later this week, specifically on June 6th at 6 PM Pacific Time or 9 PM Eastern Time during their first IO Interactive Showcase.
Absolutely, there’s more to share! In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Hitman franchise, not only are they unveiling fresh content for World of Assassination, but also some exciting collaborations related to the series.
At this special event, we’re commemorating 25 years of the Hitman series and providing a detailed glimpse into our studio’s vibrant future, as shared by CEO Hakan Abrak. In store are some genuinely thrilling surprises! Keep an eye out for further announcements, as you’ll also encounter additional surprises and special guests along the way.
Additionally, MindsEye is set to make an appearance, a game being published by IO Interactive. However, details about what we can expect from Build A Rocket Boy are yet to be disclosed. You’re welcome to watch the overview trailer, gather information on its post-launch plan, and take a look at the strategies for the next ten years, which includes an open-world multiplayer sequel set for release next year.
On June 10th, MindsEye debuts on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Concerning 007 First Light, there’s no set release date yet, but it’s planned for the Nintendo Switch 2 and will offer an origin story (and new tale) for the agent.
