According to Felipe Lima, editor at Universo Nintendo, shared on BlueSky, fresh gameplay demonstrations have been unveiled for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, now running smoothly on an alleged Nintendo Switch 2 after a recent update. The frame rates of these RPG games were heavily criticized upon their release in 2022, along with various technical issues. However, the improved performance at 60 FPS is a welcome development. The next-generation Nintendo Switch (version 2) is set for global release on June 5th. Some popular Nintendo games like “Super Mario Odyssey” and “The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom,” among others, will be given complimentary updates to support the new console.
