ASTRO BOT update to add five new ‘Vicious Void Galaxy’ levels on July 10

On July 10 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time or 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Team Asobi are planning to roll out five new levels in the “Vicious Void Galaxy” for ASTRO BOT as a free update, according to their announcement.

The titles given to the five stages are as follows: “Twin-Frog Trouble,” “Take it in Stride,” “Grip and Grapple,” “Elevated Prices,” and the fifth one remains undisclosed.

According to Nicolas Doucet, the team leader at Team Asobi, these upcoming levels will be accompanied by unique Bots. We can’t reveal too much, but let’s hint that a fresh adversary could potentially join our group.

“And who knows? Maybe completing all Vicious Void might lead to something really cool?”

Moreover, it was disclosed that a revamped ASTRO BOT Limited Edition DualSense wireless controller is set to debut towards the end of 2025, featuring a fresh, playful modification on the control pad. Further details about this update will be shared in due course.

ASTRO BOT is available now for PlayStation 5.
