Teen Mom’s Mackenzie McKee Welcomes Twins With Fiancé Khesanio Hall

Mackenzie McKee is getting a double dose of maternal bliss.

On June 2, the star from “Teen Mom” and her fiancé Khesanio Hall joyfully announced the birth of their twin babies on various social media platforms.

Mackenzie posted on Instagram on June 4, “Welcome to the world, Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall.” Both girls were given names in honor of our mothers, who are the most stunning women and hold a special place in all of us.

The TV personality expressed that she and Khesanio, also 30 years old, are overjoyed following the growth of their family.

Mom and Dad are absolutely thrilled and incredibly joyful,” she added. “When we heard that first cry, our hearts filled with emotion. We’re completely smitten.

After the delivery, Khesanio – who had proposed to Mackenzie in May 2024 – expressed his appreciation for his future spouse in a touching post he wrote himself.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, he expressed, “You’ve been amazing throughout your pregnancy, momma, and I couldn’t be prouder of you! I know the love and care you will shower upon our babies, and I eagerly look forward to watching them grow over the next 10 years, then 20, then 30 and beyond!

Mackenzie, mother to children Gannon (age 13), Jaxie (age 11), and Broncs (age 8) with her former husband Josh McKee, has expressed affection for her current partner in the past. In an interview with TopMob News back in May 2024, she described him as “completely my soulmate.

For the past two years, I haven’t encountered a single warning sign in our relationship. It seems as though we were destined to be together. Our initial encounter felt incredibly compatible – almost as if we had known each other for ages.
