Project 007 Supports PS5 Pro With 60 FPS in Quality Mode

Following the unveiling of its official title earlier this week, IO Interactive’s 007 First Light debuted its first trailer, offering a glimpse into their interpretation of the legendary superspy, James Bond. The trailer also presented several other well-known characters such as M, Q, and Moneypenny, along with Bond’s mentor Greenway (a new addition), thereby emphasizing a dynamic reminiscent of Uncharted.

007 First Light is confirmed by the developer to be compatible with the PlayStation 5 Pro. With the help of PlayStation’s Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), it can achieve a smooth 60 frames per second in Quality Mode on the PS5 Pro. The game’s performance on the standard PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 has yet to be revealed.

007: First Light debuts in 2026 on the same platforms, including PC. Further details will be shared at the IO Interactive Showcase on June 6th, alongside updates for MindsEye and Hitman. Until then, feast your eyes on some stunning screenshots from the reveal trailer, showcasing the breathtaking landscapes that Bond will explore.
