Naruto and Turtles Crossover Unleashes Hilarious New Rasengan and Epic Battles

The fusion of New York City (the Big Apple) and Konoha has concluded, and the mini-series of Naruto meeting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Naruto x TMNT) wrapped up spectacularly. Unlike seeing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Heroes in a Half Shell) appearing in the Hidden Leaf Village or Team 7 finding themselves in NYC, this innovative universe conceived a village called the “Big Apple Village,” where the TMNT characters reside. This unusual world allowed for the creation of new fighting techniques as they faced off against Shredder and the Foot Clan. The future Seventh Hokage even introduced an entirely fresh Rasengan in this joint universe.

Heed this notice: If you haven’t read Issue #4 of the Naruto x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover yet, be prepared as we delve into spoiler territory! Due to Shredder ingesting an extraordinary amount of mutagen, he has significantly boosted his powers. In response, our heroes – Team 7 – have come up with innovative techniques. Sakura uses a “Cherry Blossom Catapult” to fling her comrades at the Shredder, while Sasuke and Kakashi deploy the “Lightning Chidori Scissors.” However, Naruto’s latest ultimate attack steals the show!

The Half-Shell Rasengan Arrives

Working alongside Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello, and Michaelangelo, I executed the “Half-Shell Spiral Sphere Rasengan,” a formidable attack that left the latest Shredder version in nothing but his helmet. Kakashi observed that despite this, he could still sense the villain’s energy, hinting at the possibility of recovery from these severe wounds. Fortunately, even if the villain regenerates, we’re ready to commemorate our victory with a well-deserved pizza feast – a time-honored tradition for us Heroes in a Half-Shell.

Currently, no plans have been made public for crossovers between Konoha’s elite and Big Apple Village, yet the possibilities are abundant. It’s only a hope that we’ll witness more collaborations between shonen heroes and their North American counterparts in upcoming comic book stories.

A Naruto x TMNT Movie?

It’s not yet officially confirmed, but there’s a chance we could witness a Naruto and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles anime collaboration. If such a project comes to life, it would be intriguing to see who would produce it – Studio Pierrot or a North American production house, given the epic nature of Team 7’s crossover adventure.
