Kim Kardashian Shares Glimpse at North West’s Blue Hair Transformation

North West is in her electric feels.

Well, I’ve got to admit, as an ardent fan, I can hardly contain my excitement! That 11-year-old, the eldest of Kim Kardashian and ex-husband Kanye West’s four precious gems, has made a bold move. She’s swapped her signature dark brown tresses for a stunning, vibrant teal blue hue. It’s a transformation that’s caught my eye and left me in awe!

On June 6th, a photo was shared on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram Stories by the rapper known as “Childlike Things”. This image offered a peek at her latest hairstyle transformation. She styled her hair with two shades of blue, accentuating the colors with some wavy curls. Most notably, her hair appears cool blue, but there’s an evident touch of turquoise in its upper section.

The distinctive blue-green shade, evocative of Kylie Jenner’s “King Kylie” period, was prominent as she departed dinner with Kim, aged 44, in Malibu on the same day. Simultaneously, the founder of SKIMS styled her dark brown hair into a neat bun.

On a previous occasion, North – whose siblings are Saint West (age 9), Chicago West (age 7) and Psalm West (age 6) – has showcased her new blue hair style before, which she unveiled prior to the 2025 Met Gala in May. Although she didn’t accompany Kim Kardashian to the fashion event, North posted a picture of her contemporary interpretation of the “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme on her mother’s Instagram account.

Clad in a cowhide ensemble and Rick Owens footwear, North adorned her long, knotless braids with a vivid blue hue.

And when she isn’t curating her own style, she’s giving her mom a few fashion tips.

Kim shared with Vogue that her daughter is quite critical, but in a good way, as she knows.

Indeed, North wants her mom to feel comfortable in her couture of choice.

Kim stated that she believes the woman is currently radiating a very optimistic aura. She’s not going to judge others’ choices, instead encouraging them to embrace who they are if they like it. Kim admires this positive spirit and described the woman as a beacon of positivity tonight.
