Crimson Desert Could Release on December 2nd, Physical Deluxe and Collector’s Editions Leak

Pearl Abyss is one of more than 60 collaborators for today’s Summer Game Fest. It’s reasonable to assume this might mean the unveiling of a new trailer for the upcoming open-world action RPG, Crimson Desert, which is set to launch later this year. Interestingly, there may also be a potential announcement about its release date.

I stumbled upon a listing on JocuriNoi, a Romanian gaming site, that went live recently. It seems to indicate a launch date of December 2nd for the PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S versions of an unnamed game. While this doesn’t confirm anything definitively, it does pique my interest. There are also images and details for the physical Deluxe and Collector’s Editions, which adds a bit more credibility to the leak. Fingers crossed that this could be the next big game I’ll be diving into!

The basic version offers a Deluxe package, a Kliff pin (the main character), a letter from the developers, early access bonuses, and a cloth map of Pywel, the game’s continent. The Collector’s Edition includes all that, plus a SteelBook, a gold star, a diorama depicting Kliff battling a winged monster on a mountain, an additional Ultimate Bonus, a sketchbook filled with illustrations, and an Alchemist’s Chest.

Although the specified release date might just be a temporary indication, the rest of the information appears credible enough to hint at an upcoming announcement. Keep your eyes peeled as we approach the start of the Summer Game Fest showcase at 2 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
