Recall the Xbox-exclusive action RPG rumored in previous years that was inspired by the Wu-Tang Clan? Brass Lion Entertainment has officially unveiled it during Summer Game Fest, and while it’s exclusive to PC (available through Steam and Epic Games Store), they are also acting as its publisher. The first trailer can be viewed below.
Wu-Tang: The Ascent of the Deceiver presents the renowned hip-hop group, Wu-Tang Clan, ensnared by the Deceiver. Guided by Ghostface Killah, players navigate a fantastical realm known as the Medium, employing their abilities to confront the Deceiver’s forces in up to three-player collaboration. Your combat skills enhance through the acquisition of Jewels, proving beneficial as the challenges presented by different Chambers intensify.
Absolutely, a Wu-Tang Clan video game wouldn’t feel complete without some of the group’s iconic songs (with producer Just Blaze guiding the music creation). There are fresh tracks too, and the soundtrack adapts according to the game action. The customization extends beyond battle scenes, enabling players to showcase various fashion looks for their character.
