This Community Companion is expected to debut in the game later this year as a free update. From June 4th, Disney Dreamlight Valley has been releasing a new survey daily until June 9th. Therefore, fans have only a few days left (until June 9th) to share their preferences for the next companion character. Each survey covers various aspects, such as the animal base, clothing, and beyond.

The upcoming free update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, titled “The Mysteries of Skull Rock,” is set to release on June 18th. This update will further unfold the storyline of The Forgotten. Given that this update is arriving quite soon, it’s unlikely that the community-voted companion character will be included in this particular release. Instead, your votes are probably being collected for a future free update at some point down the line. Regardless, fans are thrilled to have the opportunity to share their preferences about what they’d like to see next!

The deadline for voting on the animal and overall theme has passed, but you can still review the options and see who won. So far, it seems the fans are most eager to see a dragon companion with a cottagecore aesthetic.
