As per the documents we’ve obtained, the association is holding the estranged couple accountable for various unpaid fees such as special assessments, late charges, collection costs, and legal fees.
A significant chunk of their outstanding debt, as indicated by the documents, arises primarily from medical bills incurred at Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinic. This is where Ryan was treated in November 2023 and February 2024. The hospital is seeking $127,977.73 for the initial treatment, while an additional $39,720.15 is being requested for subsequent care given a few months later to the former swimmer.
