Chris Pratt Shares Rare Photo With All 4 of His Kids

Chris Pratt can’t help but marvel over his home life.

On their sixth wedding anniversary, the actor from Guardians of the Galaxy posted a picture of his family to celebrate with his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger.

On June 8th, a now-expired Instagram Story post showed Chris, aged 45, beaming with joy as he embraced his son Jack, who is 12 years old and shares this bond with his ex-wife Anna Faris. Katherine, at 35, was also present, cradling their 7-month-old son Ford on her hip. In the same picture, their two daughters Lyla, aged 4, and Eloise, aged 3, were seen standing in front of the couple.

In pure delight, I couldn’t help but notice that every family member of Chris was impeccably attired, with his two darling daughters donning matching pink floral gowns, just like their lovely mother, each one covering their tender faces with a heart.

Even as the children grabbed the limelight, Chris didn’t forget to express his love. He penned a heartfelt message saying, “Happy Anniversary, My Love.

Speaking about Katherine, she paid homage to her husband in a unique way by posting a picture on social media. This picture captured them both beaming with joy, seated at their wedding reception alongside Chris Pratt, the famous Jurassic World actor.

In a recent Instagram post dated June 8th, the author of “Maverick and Me” expressed, “6 years filled with love, laughter, and babies! I adore every moment. Here’s to another wonderful year together.

Over the past few years, I, a die-hard fan, have been privileged to catch a peek into the captivating world of Chris and Katherine, who made their union official in 2019. The Marvel superstar himself has graciously allowed us a glimpse into their household’s inner workings.

In an interview with TopMob News in April, the former star of Parks and Recreation expressed his affection by saying, “I adore them. They’ve been keeping me awake at night – and that’s simply wonderful.

Now that his children, including Katherine Schwarzenegger, Christina Schwarzenegger, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Chris Schwarzenegger (with ex-wife Maria Shriver), and Joseph Baena (with former housekeeper Mildred Baena) are all grown up, Arnold Schwarzenegger enjoys his new role as a grandfather to Katherine’s children with husband Chris Pratt: Lyla, Eloise, and Ford. In 2022, he shared with Jimmy Kimmel that being a grandfather is effortless; the grandkids visit, play for a couple of hours, and then leave, often accompanied by his horse or dog.

Maria married Arnold back in 1986, but filed for divorce in 2011 following the revelation that he had fathered a child as a result of an affair. However, their son-in-law Chris commends the way the former first lady of California and her ex managed to co-parent effectively under public scrutiny.

In an interview with Today in May 2024, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor expressed his admiration for Maria’s parenting skills. “Raising four wonderful children isn’t always easy,” he said, “but Maria and Arnold somehow managed to avoid raising spoiled or ruined kids. I can’t help but wonder how they did it.”

According to Chris, the secret lies in accountability and strong moral values. “When Maria enters a room, everyone stands up,” he explained. “She places great emphasis on manners, accountability, and her faith. These are qualities that I aim to incorporate into the upbringing of our own children.

Patrick, born in 1993, is the eldest son of Arnold and Maria. While having parents in the business certainly has its advantages, he also attributes his brother-in-law Chris for helping him secure a notable role. In 2022, Patrick shared with Jimmy Kimmel that Chris suggested, “‘Hey, did you know there’s this young character, Donny Mitchell, you’ll be the youngest in the platoon,'” when he was cast in Amazon Prime Video’s series, The Terminal List. Chris further advised him to gain 20 pounds, attend tactical training, and immerse himself in the character’s mannerisms for the role.

Training with real-life Navy SEALs was a dream come true for Patrick, and more surreal experiences followed, including playing Saxon Ratliff on The White Lotus and Tim Tebow in FX’s American Sports Story. Despite his connections, Patrick emphasizes his dedication to hard work.

Speaking to The Sunday Times in February 2025, he addressed skepticism about his role on The White Lotus, stating, “Some may say I only got this role because of who my dad is, but they’re not seeing the years of acting classes, weekly school plays, countless hours spent refining characters, and the hundreds of rejected auditions I’ve endured.”

In December 2023, Patrick announced his engagement to model Abby Champion.

Currently, Katherine Schwarzenegger is the eldest among the Schwarzenegger siblings, born to Arnold and Maria in 1989. Now, the author of “The Gift of Forgiveness” has started her own family with husband Chris, whom she married in 2019 following a year of courtship. In 2020, they were blessed with their first child, daughter Lyla. Two years later, little sister Eloise arrived, followed by younger brother Ford in 2024. As a mother, Katherine expressed that the experience was like everything in her life had led up to this moment when her baby was placed in her arms, and it felt absolutely perfect. She also has a stepson Jack, who Chris and his ex-wife Anna Faris welcomed in 2012.

For Chris, family is of utmost importance. However, he faced criticism in 2021 when he expressed gratitude towards Katherine for a healthy baby girl on Instagram, which some social media users found insensitive towards Anna and Jack, his first child who was born premature. He shared his feelings about this with Men’s Health in 2022, stating, “Articles came out saying it was cringe-worthy that I would thank her for a healthy daughter when my first child was born premature. That was a low blow to me. My son is 9 and he might read those words one day. It’s forever etched in digital stone. It truly disturbed me, man. I cried over it. I hated that the blessings in my life are seen as burdens by some.

In August 2012, Jack, the son of Anna and Chris, arrived around two months prematurely and required hospitalization in a special newborn care unit.

At a 2021 gathering for the Global Alliance to Prevent Prematurity and Stillbirth, the actress reminisced about the time when she finally brought Jack home. Those early years were marked by numerous doctor visits, five operations, physical rehabilitation, and an abundance of laughter, as Jack was and continues to be the most charming and lovable creature I could have ever dreamed of.

Approximately one year and a few months following their wedding, Katherine and Chris became parents to Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt in August 2020. Her middle name is a tribute to Katherine’s mom. Though Chris tends to keep his family affairs private, he revealed that Jack was already excelling at his role as an older sibling. As Entertainment Tonight reported in 2021, Chris stated, “He’s really good with her.” Lyla always tries to remove Jack’s glasses, and he shows remarkable patience with her, making him a wonderful big brother.

Skip ahead to March 2022, where Chris and Katherine expanded their family by welcoming their daughter, Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt.

In an interview with TopMob in June 2022, the actor from Zero Dark Thirty stated, “I’m like a dad to two girls now.” He shared that his eldest daughter has adapted well to her new role as a big sister. At first, she was curious and asked questions, but now she’s wholeheartedly embraced the idea. She often wants to hold her younger sister and shows great affection. These moments, he said, are what life is all about – they fill him with joy and a deep sense of gratitude.

On November 8, 2024, I was overjoyed to introduce our new family member, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt, into this world alongside my partner. A few days after his birth, we shared the exciting news on Instagram with a heartwarming update. Mama and baby are in great health, and our other children can’t help but beam with excitement over their new little brother. We feel incredibly fortunate and filled with gratitude for this wonderful addition to our family.

Joseph is the result of Arnold’s affair with Mildred Patricia Baena, who was their housekeeper at the time. This affair occurred in 1996, but Arnold didn’t discover he was Joseph’s father until many years later as Joseph grew older. In his 2023 docuseries titled “Arnold,” he admitted to having this affair and shared his struggle with keeping it a secret. Despite considering it a significant mistake in his life, Arnold expressed pride in Joseph and acknowledged him as a valued member of the world. Similar to his father Arnold, Joseph is an actor, fitness enthusiast, and also works in real estate; he even participated in season 31 of “Dancing with the Stars.

In 2009, Chris and Anna got married, but after eight years together, they decided to separate. Previously married to Ben Indra, Anna suggested that her relationship with Chris was not as perfect as it appeared, despite their efforts to maintain the image of a blissful marriage even within their close circles. Interestingly, she also mentioned that being in the same industry as her ex-husbands (including current husband Michael Barrett) may have contributed to some competitiveness and lack of transparency, which she believes she did not handle well. She hopes to have grown from these experiences.
