Capcom has shared plans to reveal more information about Resident Evil Requiem over the next few months and will offer a playable version at Gamescom in August. But, it appears that media demonstrations and new images are set to go live today. A Reddit user recently disclosed some previews of the game, featuring Grace Ashcroft wandering what may be the Wrenwood Hotel.
In the unveiling trailer, the monster at the end is shown more clearly, yet it’s the players’ reactions that truly captivate. It’s said that they tested a 30-minute demo, and players have the option to play from either a first or third-person perspective throughout the game. Interestingly, there seems to be no healing spray in the game, but Grace is rumored to use syringes for healing instead.
As a gaming enthusiast, it seems the creators may have dropped a hint about another playable character in the works โ someone I might recognize and who’s loaded with weapons galore. Could this be Leon S. Kennedy? Time will tell as we eagerly await further details later on today. Keep an eye out for updates!
