PS5’s Death Stranding 2 Gets Another New Trailer, But It’s Not Like the Others

The sequel to Death Stranding, titled “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach,” is nearly here, and you might have observed an increase in its visibility, particularly as the release date approaches.

It certainly does make sense, yet it’s reasonable to consider that we might be approaching a tipping point, where the sheer volume of intriguing trailers, insightful interviews, captivating panels, and more is becoming overwhelming.

Today, we have a new trailer out for another exclusive on the PS5. However, unlike previous previews, this one appears to be more subdued compared to other trailers released for this particular game.

Instead of the lengthy, dramatic trailers for DS2 you may be used to, this one is remarkably brief, focusing primarily on showcasing the actual gameplay.

Here, Sam Porter Bridges is shown performing his exceptional skills, laden with a considerable amount of gear on his body as he moves.

The trailer showcases diverse, fresh landscapes for us to traverse, along with innovative tools and conveyances to facilitate transportation more efficiently. However, it seems that formidable natural obstacles might add an extra challenge.

Additionally, we catch a sneak peek at the sequel’s photo mode, but then shifts focus to demonstrate both the game’s combat and stealth features.

This trailer for Death Stranding is exceptionally straightforward; it’s a good choice to view even if you’re cautious about spoilers.

The game “On the Beach” is set to arrive on PlayStation 5 on June 26, 2025. Are you looking forward to this release? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
