JoJo Siwa is viewing the criticism around her love life through rose colored lenses.
Following Miley Cyrus’ joke about the former Dance Moms star’s sexuality during her new relationship with Chris Hughes, she later expressed her thoughts on the widely discussed incident.
JoJo expressed her happiness on her 12th June Instagram post about having a Miley Cyrus themed party for her 5th birthday and still feeling joyful at the age of 22. In a recent reflection, she shared that she had some doubts for a few days but has since formed some thoughts. She doesn’t believe Miley Cyrus’ statement at World Pride was malicious; instead, she thinks it was intended as a joke, although it may not have been well-executed.
To be clear, Miley, who openly identifies as pansexual, sparked some surprise during the WorldPride festival held on June 7th, when she played a video of herself inside a closet to the astonished crowd.
She declared enthusiastically, ‘A year of pride would be ideal, it should never end!’ Now, I’m heading back inside to grab some more pretzels and locate JoJo Siwa. Once found, we’ll bring her back out here.
And while JoJo understood Miley’s witty banter, she believes it should’ve stayed in the drafts.
