Kelsea Ballerini’s healthy lifestyle doesn’t come with any baggage.
The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer shared how she prioritizes her wellness on and off the road.
Kelsea explained to TopMob News during an exclusive chat that her routine changes based on whether she’s touring or not. “When I’m on tour,” she said, “my life is structured and sleep is my top priority. Everything else takes a back seat if I don’t get enough rest because I become quite ineffective the next day.
And by creating clever habits, she never has to ask herself how do I do this.
The 31-year-old, who has just been named as Celsius’ newest brand ambassador, acknowledged that he wasn’t overly focused on his physical body due to the fact that he was active each night for 90 minutes on stage. To maintain his energy levels, he would wear small ankle weights, drink a Celsius, and walk around the arena. He also developed a peculiar routine of ascending to the highest seat every night to observe the stage being loaded with trucks.
When she’s not on tour, she typically spends time by folding away her Pilates mat and generally making a point to pay attention to her body’s needs instead.
She clarified that she’s currently focusing on an approach where 80% of her attention is dedicated to mindful self-care in a broad sense, encompassing not just physical health through nutrition and exercise, but also mental wellness, personal life management, and maintaining relationships. The remaining 20%, she emphasized, should be allotted for enjoyment and relaxation.
That fun includes causing a racket. Well, at least a good one.
This coming summer, she shared that she plans to give tennis a go for the first time. She’s recently placed an order for a racket, eagerly anticipating her initial attempt at the sport.

2023 proved to be a significant year for Becky as she embraced fitness wholeheartedly. She shared her perspective on its impact, stating, “Ultimately, I understand that my own wellbeing is chiefly enhanced by adopting this lifestyle change. In the grand scheme of things, if you consistently invest in it, you’ll spend more years living with this practice than without it. To me, that’s how I visualize its impact.” (TopMob News)
When it comes to my preferred exercises, I strive for consistency whether I’m doing workouts at home, stretching, or taking walks outside.
The Grammy-winning artist shared that her move to New York City ignited her health and fitness transformation. The contestant from Dancing with the Stars mentioned that they often take walks around the hills with their dog. It’s important for them because their pet needs exercise as well. In addition, any kind of movement, whether it’s a 10-minute or even a 5-minute activity, is essential for them to keep their body active.
When she finds herself with extra time, she noted, “I particularly enjoy blending various fitness activities like Kundalini, Pilates, and yoga. The variety that comes from combining these different workout styles is what I find most appealing.
I make it a point to engage in some form of movement daily, whether it’s a short spell. Occasionally, I’d find myself entering a room, cranking up the tunes, and simply dancing away. It’s an excellent method for unwinding and boosting my mood.
The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
He shared with Us Weekly in a September 20th interview that he does this daily, either riding on the golf cart or walking to attend to emails, calls, and manage his affairs. Being surrounded by nature and the sun makes it a much more enjoyable experience for him; it’s refreshing and rejuvenating.
To be honest, I’m currently enjoying my most preferred form of exercise – Virtual Reality gaming. We managed to secure a virtual reality headset just as everything was closing down, and it’s been simply fantastic during these quarantine times. There are numerous games that get your heart racing and leave you feeling quite sweaty, which is incredibly enjoyable. I must admit, I often find myself quite sore after a session.
Normally, I go to the gym, but at present, I’m attending online Pilates sessions led by Britni Lariviere. Additionally, I’m attempting to do jumping rope; aiming for 2,000 jumps every day.
At the moment, we really enjoy taking family bike trips, and I make sure to set aside half an hour every day for Pilates sessions with Andrea Rodgers and foam rolling exercises guided by Lauren Roxburgh.
In the past few months, confined at home, I’ve discovered an excellent escape: jogging while enjoying tunes! It always leaves me feeling fantastic and energized!”
This version maintains the original meaning but is more conversational and easy to read.
“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”
Through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app and live streams on both the app and Instagram since the start of lockdown, I aim to make exercise enjoyable and fresh. My favorite part is guiding my audience through total body cardio parties where we pump up the music, find our groove, and really feel the burn! If you’re not breaking a sweat during these sessions, then you’re probably not giving it your all in your workout!
For quite some time now, I’ve been engaging in various fitness activities such as Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App, along with virtual Pilates classes by Amanda. Whenever I’m pressed for time, I opt for Lauren Gores’ quick workout routines available on her Instagram.
During the lockdown, I’m leading my own yoga sessions at home. These sessions frequently veer off in various directions, and before I realize it, I’ve been practicing for about two hours.
My coach, Amoila Cesar, consistently brings out the best in me through tapping into my resilient, competitive spirit. I thrive on the energy of his intense approach, which includes occasional shouting that I genuinely enjoy. During the lockdown period, I found satisfaction in completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody on Demand. Additionally, I have a strong preference for challenging barre classes and require daily yoga practice to maintain balance and flexibility.
In my living space, I’ve been indulging in quite a bit of spontaneous dance sessions. I often play tunes and let loose without any specific plan. At times, the movements are organized, at other times expressive, and occasionally, I incorporate some twerking moves. Additionally, I enjoy hiking as well!
I regularly exercise with P.Volve, having attended their classes for quite some time now. Since moving to streaming workouts at home, I make sure to workout approximately three to four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The focus is on building and lengthening my muscles – it’s something I truly enjoy!
