Map Voting Arrives
In Map Voting, you can quickly play or compete! Following the role lock, you’ll cast your vote among three randomly selected maps. Every vote increases the likelihood of that map being chosen, and a random draw decides the final selection.
As a participant, I appreciate that my vote remains confidential, ensuring fairness for everyone involved. The consequences for leaving begin the moment the voting process commences, emphasizing the importance of active participation while keeping the atmosphere stress-free and enjoyable.
Stadium Evolves
As an avid Overwatch player, I’m thrilled to share that our PvP mode “Stadium” has undergone significant upgrades! Three new heroes have entered the fray – Zenyatta, Sigma, and Junkrat. Additionally, two fresh maps are now available: Esperança and Samoa. Can’t wait to dive back in and try out these exciting additions!
The stadium has recently introduced “Forge,” a versatile toolkit that allows users to design, experiment with, and distribute team compositions. Pre-made examples for every hero facilitate strategic planning, making you a pro in no time.
A complete rank restart is on its way. To encourage persistent play, there will be “Reward Systems” in place, while “Custom Matches” offer flexible entertainment. The Stadium serves as an excellent training area for all players.
New Maps Drop In
Three new maps are coming:
- Aatlis (Core): A Morocco-based Flashpoint map with tight fights and smooth rotations.
- Esperança (Stadium): Now reworked for round-based play with vertical layers.
- Samoa (Stadium): Open and vertical, perfect for high-mobility comps.
Each map brings a new kind of gameplay challenge to keep the action fresh.
Double Mythics at Launch
For the first time, two Mythics drop on day one.
- Horang D.Va Skin: Inspired by the Siberian tiger, this skin evolves across four tiers with custom visuals, voice lines, and VFX.
- Steel Death Reaper Weapon Skin: Dual shotguns fueled by soulfire and shadows, also with tiered upgrades.
Unlock them via the Mythic Shop using Mythic Prisms.
Battle Pass Breakdown
The Premium Battle Pass includes:
- 8-bit skins for Reinhardt, Genji, Sombra
- Delinquent Cassidy and Professor Junkrat
