A day prior to his birthday, the former Empire star disclosed that he proposed to his partner, Jabari Redd, by posting a collection of heartwarming pictures from their proposal.
On my birthday, I’ll be celebrating with my future spouse,” Jussie wrote in an Instagram post dated June 20th, accompanied by pictures showing him proposing at what appears to be a restaurant. “He agreed.

Seven months following the Illinois Supreme Court reversing Jussie’s criminal conviction on five counts of disorderly conduct (after being accused of fabricating a hate crime), comes some positive news.
