In this walkthrough, we’re going to help you locate Kara within the gaming world of Stellar Blade. This is linked to the Encounter sub-quest within the game.
During Eve’s adventure through Stellar Blade, she will come across numerous intriguing individuals. Some of these characters may task her with assignments that, upon completion, grant her rewards. These secondary missions are usually simple and an excellent method to accumulate XP, Vitcoins, and valuable items. However, not all side quests will be available from the start. Instead, some become accessible as you advance further in the main plot.
To start with the Encounter mission, you must first defeat the Tachy boss. Once you’ve done that, look for an NPC character called Kara who is the sister of the Quest Giver. In this walkthrough, we will guide you on how to locate Kara in Stellar Blade and finish the Encounter quest.

How To Start the Encounter Side Quest in Stellar Blade
To embark on The Encounter quest, first, you should conquer Tachy. Additionally, finish the Scavenger’s Story side mission prior. After accomplishing both tasks, seek out Kaya near the Sister’s Junk shop at Xion and engage her in conversation to start this quest.
She’ll have you search for her sister Kara and vanquish a Behemoth, both of whom reside in the vast expanse of the desert known as the Great Desert. Fortunately, following your victory over Tachy, Adam will escort you to this very region, ensuring a seamless plan.
How To Find Kara in Stellar Blade
Upon arriving at the vast Great Desert, I found myself tasked with an exciting encounter quest. Guiding myself by the quest marker, I headed northward, steering clear of any potential skirmishes with other roaming entities in my path. Eventually, I stumbled upon a rocky path that seemed to lead straight to a formidable Behemoth. This towering adversary promises a challenging battle, one that may require multiple attempts before it falls.
In your encounter with the creature, aim to block its claw strikes but evade when it jumps or uses wind attacks. Additionally, take advantage of Eve’s Beta Attacks when the Behemoth is stunned. As you deplete a considerable amount of its health, the enemy will transition into its second phase.
In this setting, it will release a series of three Wind Assaults one after another. Be sure to move and avoid getting hit by them. Once it’s weakened enough, switch to Tachyon Mode to end the battle. However, be cautious not to sustain any damage while using this mode.
Once you’ve slain the Behemoth, approach its corpse to verify it’s Kara. Make haste back to Kaya’s store to share the sad news about her sister’s passing. Upon completing the quest, you’ll gain access to the Sky Ace outfit and the Sisterly Love achievement as well.
