A few days have passed since Rihanna revealed she’s expecting their third child as a couple. The “A$AP Forever” rapper, who already has sons RZA, aged 2, and Riot, 22 months with the “Umbrella” singer, recently disclosed some details about how they plan to name their upcoming baby.

During the May 7 broadcast of Late Night With Seth Meyers, the show’s host, Seth Meyers, extended congratulations to Rocky (whose real name is Rakim Mayers) regarding the birth announcement and sought clarification on certain aspects of his chosen baby name.

Seth remarked, “Since your first two children share ‘R’ names, it seems like you or Rihanna also have ‘R’ names. Could it be a pattern that the third child might also receive an ‘R’ name?

In reply, the 36-year-old affirmatively disclosed that the newborn’s name commences with ‘R,’ assuring us with a simple “Yes.

Although Rocky, who was one of the co-chairs at the 2025 Met Gala and where Rihanna displayed her expanding belly, hasn’t yet revealed the baby’s full name openly, it’s clear that he is overjoyed to no longer conceal the pregnancy any longer.
