Lately, the rapper known as “Peso” has given a peek into his daily life with Rihanna’s sons, RZA (aged 3) and Riot (21 months), discussing how their unique characters are emerging as they grow.

In a conversation with Vogue published on April 15, Rocky, aged 36, mentioned that the elder of their two sons is more solitary and prefers reading books. Contrarily, their younger son, who goes by the name suggesting youthfulness, often acts in a playful manner, enjoying taking items from his older brother to instigate playful pursuits.

Apart from showering affection on his children, Rocky (known as Rakim Mayers) also expressed admiration towards the 37-year-old singer. He referred to their relationship as “all-encompassing, boundless, timeless, spanning the past and future.” Interestingly, it’s not just him who adores her; his grandmother Cathy shares a special bond with Rihanna too.

In truth, she also participated in the discussion to express her opinions about her grandson’s longtime companion, whom she referred to as “a humble individual,” much like Rihanna.

Rocky playfully mentioned that he “really likes” Rihanna, to which Cathy kindly agreed, “It’s great that he found peace, and I’m content with the person he chose.

Speaking about his shout-out to his children, a reference in his music, the rapper’s nod towards Riot – the character behind his 2023 hit “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)” – mirrors Rihanna’s vibrant depiction of their son.

She shared with Harper’s Bazaar in February that Riot is simply hysterical. Upon waking up, he lets out squeals and screams, not in a crying manner but to express his desire to sing. I find myself saying, ‘Here we go!’ every morning as he serves as my alarm clock. He is persistent and won’t accept ‘no’ from anyone.

When this pair, who began dating towards the end of 2019, aren’t admiring their children’s innocent excitement, they’re contemplating how profoundly they’ve impacted their lives. In celebration of International Women’s Day recently, Rihanna shared a heartfelt Instagram tribute to RZA and Riot.

On International Women’s Day, Fenty Beauty’s founder expressed, “The most remarkable feat I’ve accomplished as a woman…my precious little miracles! #InternationalWomenDay” accompanied by a heartwarming image of her holding her newborn babies. “Day 1 – RZA, Day 2 – Riot Rose,” she wrote, “And yes, I gave birth wearing pearls and sunglasses…the details aren’t necessary, there was simply too much going on.
