The movie starts by showing a truck traveling along a snowy road, eventually pulling up at a gas station. Prisoners disembark one by one to relieve themselves, yet one is conspicuously absent.
When the guards shout “0864”, it’s none other than Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s character, Kraven, who appears. One guard then taunts him, saying, “We thought you were skipping out? You wouldn’t last a minute out here. The wolves would devour you in no time.
Upon reaching the prison, Kraven meets his cellmate who seems reluctant about sharing space. His previous roommate managed to survive for just a month, but this newcomer is confident that he’ll be out in “no more than three days”.
Simultaneously, in the backyard, Kraven was working out when two men approached and attempted to press him down with a heavy weight. However, these men were taken aback as they unexpectedly started to rise instead, which made them realize their error.
Later on, Kraven finds himself in the guards’ quarters. He’s depicted as assaulting and eventually slaying the guards. Afterwards, he scales the prison walls and makes an attempt to flee!
As more guards try to shoot and capture Kraven, they are no match for his agility.
