Just days before I strut my stuff on the runway at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 15, I made sure to squeeze in a workout, as seen in a video shared on social media. And who better to lend some motivation than the charismatic frontman of Maroon 5? Together, we kept the energy high and focused, fueling our journey towards the big event.
In a video posted on Instagram by trainer Austin Pohlen on October 11th, the singer known for “Moves Like Jagger”, who is 45 years old, briefly appeared and waved to the camera while his wife was working hard on hip thrust exercises. Later in the video, he could be seen taking a break as Behati, aged 36, performed a sequence of step ups, followed by running alongside her during her final round of sled pushes.
The playful social media update surfaced months following the pair, known for their daughters Dusty Rose (8) and Gio Grace (6), plus a 20-month-old son whose name remains undisclosed, celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in July. Regardless of Maroon 5’s ongoing achievements, such as a Las Vegas residency, the Grammy recipient is dedicated to prioritizing family over everything else.
In an interview with People last December, Adam expressed that his career means more than just his career. However, he also mentioned that having both a successful career and personal life is a rare blessing. He added that one doesn’t truly understand the value of such a balance until they reach a certain age.
He continued, expressing his confusion about how one might improve their life. He’s fortunate enough to work in a profession he loves while also enjoying an exceptional personal life with a loving family – including children and a devoted spouse. This life, which he cherishes deeply, brings him immense joy.
