Adrian Grenier’s entourage just got a little bigger.

“Adrian posted on Instagram on April 11 that we joyously added Evren Saint-Eros to our family on March 22. His arrival took place in the tranquil setting of our home. It was a small, personal event with only mom, dad, and his older brother resting peacefully in another room.”
